Cullman Ballet Society Membership
The Cullman Ballet Society is a non-profit 501( c ) (3) tax exempt institution organized in 1995. We encourage membership not only from individuals who have a child in dance, but from the entire community who may want to become involved in supporting the Arts in Cullman. Memberships along with generous donations allow us to promote fine arts in our community as well as fund dance scholarships. We extend a cordial invitation for you to join the Society and help us in fulfilling our mission. You can join by printing off the Membership Application and returning it along with a check made out to Cullman Ballet Society. You may also join online. Simply select a membership level below. You will then be directed to the payment page where you can pay the membership fee via your credit card or PayPal account.
